Linda Lamb is the director of LSL Family Law. A specialist in family and divorce law, Linda is a family solicitor, collaborative lawyer, accredited family mediator, children arbitrator and mentor to law students. Linda has recently qualified as a hybrid mediator and is adept at facilitating high conflict matters.
Linda is a member and accredited expert with Resolution (specialising in cohabitees and private children proceedings), an accredited mediator with the Law Society and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as a children arbitrator.
A recognised expert in the field of family law, Linda holds ‘leading individual’ status with Chambers UK for her expertise in children matters and for her mediation work with both adults and children. Chambers 2019 notes that Linda is “particularly well regarded for her handling of private children cases” with clients lauding her “excellent interpersonal skills”. Linda is described as a “helpful and sympathetic adviser with a practical and experienced approach to difficult situations”.
Before studying law Linda was a district nurse and midwife. Linda qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1993 and in England & Wales in 1995. She has practising certificates in both jurisdictions. Prior to establishing LSL Family Law in September 2017, Linda was co-director of a Brighton-based family law firm.
Outside work, Linda enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and her yellow Labrador.
