Linda Lamb is an owner/Director who specialises in family law. She is a member of Resolution (First for Family Law) and a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Private Children and Cohabitation), a member of the Law Society Family Panel, Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator.
In particular, Linda is trained to involve children within the mediation process where appropriate. She is a Member of the Law Society Children Panel and a respected Child Care lawyer.
A recognised expert in the field of family law, Linda holds the ‘leading individual’ status with Chambers UK for her expertise in children matters and mediation work with both adults and children. Chambers 2015 says Linda “is respected for her ‘outstanding manner with clients’ and capabilities in relation to children matters. She is also recognised for her strength as a mediator”.
She has been applauded for the high level of support she provides with the 2012 edition of the Directory commenting “she is extremely professional, warm and provides friendly support on difficult issues”.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor (originally in Scotland in 1993 before qualifying in England in 1995)
Linda was a District Nurse and Community Midwife in Scotland. Linda has particular expertise in Mediation and cases where issues arise relating to the welfare of children. Her specialism in this area means she has a clear understanding of how to resolve extremely sensitive client issues.
Outside of work Linda is passionate about skiing, enjoys rollerblading with her two young children and visiting Scotland. Her husband is part of the Senior Management team of a well known Public School.
